1.) An outside Trigger [Technology alert] appears in the designated community independently from the regular monitoring activities. 2.) The risk indicated by the alert can be evaluated and answered in two ways: 2a) by modifying preservation and accessibility strategies and preservation plans and, if instant actions are required, act accordingly, or 2b) through risk management and updating the registries triggering instant or timed actions.
