[Astra] Manage Archival Schema & Description

ASTRA provides the agency archivist the "one click" possibility of creating an archival schema out of the classification schema - creating a representation of all classes of archival value. This archival schema can then be updated with additional (historic) classes, the classes can be described using ISAD(G). Further, ASTRA allows for the creation and ongoing management of the description of the agency (i.e. authority record).
